JUSTIN MALLER for THE DEPTHCORE COLLECTIVE CHAPTER XLII "OBSOLETE".

This is the second in an unfinished trilogy. I set about creating the machines that would hunt and exterminate humans that had fled the concentrated slaughter in the cities.

A bit too"cheap" for me the way the robots appear on this piece.
Otherwise I love your works but this one is a bit weird. :)

I really like the Terminator type concept, the whole image is well built and has an aroma of destruction and death. However, to be honest, I don't know but the machines do not seem to blend very nicely with the background. Like, when I full zoom in, it kind of looks a bit unreal even though you put the shadows, and everything. The transparency in his wings and all.

However, it just looks as if you put a 3D machine onto a stock photo. I'd love to see you blend this one (:
